Genesis Health System

Genesis makes the maximum use of your time during four one-hour sessions held over a four-week period. Individuals differ as to which part is most difficult for them, so the group and your facilitator will help you stop smoking as quickly as possible and you will learn techniques for ending your physical and psychological need to smoke. UnityPoint Health – Trinity

UnityPoint Health – Trinity & the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking program gives individuals options, resources, and support to quit for good. This is an 8-week program taught by a certified facilitator. Each class is 90 minutes long and is held at the Moline campus. Illinois & Iowa Tobacco Quitlines

The Illinois and Iowa Tobacco Quitlines are a free resource that provide counseling and support. Counselors — nurses, respiratory therapists, and tobacco-cessation specialists — help you take stock of your addiction and create a personalized quit plan. You’ll have your own personal Quitline counselor who will guide you through weekly sessions scheduled at a time best for you.
