FY22 TFQC Year in Review Posted
TFQC is celebrating another successful fiscal year! The coalition continued it’s work to prevent and reduce the impact of tobacco and nicotine use in our community. We worked to promote tobacco and nicotine-free policy work, as well as connections to the cessation programs in Iowa and Illinois. The local Iowa Students for Tobacco Education and Prevention (ISTEP) groups helped to share nicotine prevention messaging. Staff from the Scott County Health Department and the Center for Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. provided prevention education to over 1600 Scott County students to help combat rising youth tobacco and nicotine use rates. Read the FY22 TFQC Year in Review to learn more about the coalition’s work and successes.
